Sponsor information

Become a vital part of the Symphony’s concerts through a sponsorship of the concerts. Many promotional benefits are a part of sponsorship including print and broadcast media throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metropolitan areas.

The real community benefit, of course, is your participation in presenting outstanding live performances of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra to the region.

The Friends of The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra

We support the programs of The VSO through our volunteer efforts

The Vancouver Symphony is a non-profit 501 C( 3) organization. Since ticket sales cover only a small portion of any orchestra's budget, we rely on support from individuals, foundations and businesses. A major supporter in past years has been the Friends of the VSO.

Three compelling reasons to support The VSO as a Friend:

1. The personal power of music brings beauty, comfort and inspiration.

2. The importance of music education. The VSO plays a vital role in bringing music into the lives of children and young adults in our community. learning never ends. Music education is for all ages.

3. The economic value of a symphony. A resident symphony not only enhances Southwest Washington as an attractive and appealing place to live and work. it supports the vitality of the regional economy.

Friends of The VSO Membership activities include:

* Post-concert receptions

* Special events

* Fund-raising projects that include the annual Stems & Steins

* The annual Spring Luncheon

* Hosting a luncheon/dinner party with Maestro Brotons

* Music education outreach programs

* Dress rehearsal refreshments for the VSO musicians

* Promotion of annual Young Artists Competition
